REF-TOWN provides descriptive statistical indicators based on football match event data from third-party data providers and publicly available sources. The site covers referee behaviour patterns, player disciplinary records, and match context analysis across top European football leagues.

REF-TOWN is a free, publicly accessible service provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability.

All data is historical and contextual. Patterns reflect aggregate tendencies across a sample of matches — they are not verdicts, rankings, or personal assessments of any individual.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of the data or analysis on this site. Football event data may come from third-party providers, structured feeds, and publicly available sources, and may contain errors, omissions, or delays.

REF-TOWN is intended for educational and informational purposes only. Do not use information from this site as the sole basis for decisions of any kind.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from REF-TOWN by automated means without prior written permission

If you submit content via the "Your Voice" feature or any other form on REF-TOWN, you grant the project operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and moderate that content on the site.

Do not submit content that is defamatory, abusive, misleading, unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any submission at our discretion without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, REF-TOWN and its operators accept no liability for:

• Any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the data
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
